To integrate Pipedrive CRM with external tools like Chrome extensions, you’ll need to generate and use your Personal API Token. This guide will show you how to quickly locate your API token and use it to set up integrations with Pipedrive CRM.
Steps to Access Your API Key in Pipedrive CRM
- Log into Your Pipedrive CRM Account
Go to Pipedrive CRM and sign in using your account credentials. - Navigate to Personal Preferences
In the top-right corner of the dashboard, click on your profile picture or name. From the dropdown menu, select Personal Preferences. - Go to the API Section
In the Personal Preferences page, click on the API tab. This section contains your Personal API Token, which allows external tools to communicate with your Pipedrive account. - Copy Your Personal API Token
You will see your Personal API Token displayed in the API section. Click Copy to copy the token to your clipboard. - Use the API Token in Your Integration
Paste the copied API token into the relevant field in the tool or Chrome extension you’re using, such as LinkPipe, to connect it to your Pipedrive CRM account.
